Very disappointing that @Xfinity has still not fixed a problem with my modem. Very friendly technician that came and assisted but the customer support on the backend has been very lackluster!

@Xfinity furious that you raised my monthly payment by $35 and you can’t do anything to reduce the rate unless I take away my service that I have! Your rates are ridiculous! I wish someone would do something for me!

If you pay for ESPN+ their broadcasting options like the ACC Network shouldn’t be blacked out just because you use Comcast wifi and they won’t sit down to negotiate pricing

@GovernorTomWolf Problem is receiving compensation is a lot harder. Plus small businesses have fees left and right still coming in. If they have Comcast in their establishment (btw they probably can't obtain another working source of cable) Comcast will not shut off w/o fees nor start w/o fees.

@tommyhawkins @petewerner True. If they ever decide to coast, and slow down expansions/future projects (they were opening at least one attractions a year pre-pandemic), it could happen.Obviously that would be a bad move, but who knows what the future holds? I don’t think it would happen under Comcast.

@comcastcares is a hilarious handle. When I need to give them more money, #ComcastCares but when trying a cancel a measly $6.99/month subscription I get crickets. It’s no wonder folks far and wide are #CuttingTheCord. @comcast get it together

As I cut the cord I wonder. Why is it not @Xfinity responsibility to handoff my internet in a more acceptable format without me having buy or rent the infrastructure to get the handoff to ethernet? Puzzles me as I ready to cancel service. Phone and TV gone at this point.

@MKichline @dish They are all bad. Verizon is so expensive.Directv is expensive and not good.Comcast is expensive.I remember when i first went with dish two years ago $140.Now their "special offer" is gone its over $200. Crazy.

@nikgazcs @bostonradio Don’t be afraid of change. Use your phone to watch shows, sporting events, etc. u want to watch some basic channels, get rid of cable and use an antenna. Problem solved. If more people do this Comcast, Verizon will be forced to lower prices or go out of business.
