If you want a list of the apps, subscriptions, music, and other content that you bought recently, find your purchase history online.

How to see your purchase history

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.

  2. Sign in with your Apple ID and password.

  3. A list of your recent purchases appears. If you’re not sure what you were charged for but you know the amount of the charge, search for the amount. If you're looking for information about older purchases, find your purchase history in Settings or Account Settings on your device.

If you purchased a subscription that you no longer want, you can cancel the subscription.

Find information about older purchases

If you can't find an item in your purchase history at reportaproblem.apple.com, check the purchase history in Settings on your iPhone or iPad. Or check the purchase history in Account Settings on your computer.

On your iPhone or iPad

  1. Open the App Store app.

  2. Tap the Sign-In buttonView your purchase history for the App Store and other Apple media services - Apple Support (1) or your photo at the top of the screen.

  3. Tap Purchase History. You might be asked to sign in.

  4. Your purchase history appears. If you’re not sure what you were charged for but you know the amount of the charge, search for the amount.

  5. If you want to view more purchases, tap "Last 90 days" at the top of Purchase History and choose another way to filter your purchases.

On your Mac

  1. Open the App Store app.

  2. Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar.

  3. Click Account Settings. You might be asked to sign in.

  4. On the Account Information page, scroll down to Purchase History. Next to Most Recent Purchase, click See All.

  5. Your Purchase History appears. If you want to view more purchases, click "Last 90 Days" at the top of Purchase History and choose another way to filter your purchases.

On your Windows PC

  1. Open the Apple Music app or Apple TV app.

  2. Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then choose View My Account. You might need to sign in with your Apple ID first.

  3. Scroll to the Purchase History section. Next to Most Recent Purchase, click See All.

  4. It might take a moment for your Purchase History to appear. If you want to view more purchases, click "Last 90 days" at the top of Purchase History and choose another way to filter your purchases.

If you can't find an item in your purchase history

Can’t find the item that you’re looking for? If you have more than one Apple ID, you might have been signed in with a different Apple ID when you bought the item. Sign in with the other Apple ID and check your purchase history again.

If you received a suspicious email notification about a purchase, the email might not be from Apple or reflect actual charges to your account. Learn how to identify legitimate App Store or iTunes Store emails.

If you're in the European Union and used alternative payment options

Users in the European Union might have made purchases for digital goods and services within an app by using alternative payment systems or through a link to purchase on the developer's website. If you find purchases that you don't recognize or unexpected charges

  • Learn how to request a refund.

  • If you find items in your purchase history that you don't remember buying, ask your family members if they bought the item. If family members have access to your device, you might want to require a password for every purchase. If someone else is using your Apple ID and password, change your Apple ID password.

  • Multiple purchases and subscriptions might be grouped onto one bill. Learn how apps, content, and subscriptions from Apple are billed.

  • Learn what to do if you don't recognize a charge from Apple on your billing statement from your bank or financial institution.
