Huge product pushers one of which has made the skin under my eyes get red itchy swell and are driving me crazy. They don’t see you even if your eyes are burning I tried to get fit in same day due to such emergency and told me there were no doctors available. Truly disappointed and dissatisfied

I have had great experiences here so far! Marcella is amazing. She was very realistic about what I should expect from my treatments. The front desk staff has also been wonderful – very polite and accomodating. On one occasion, I received a call letting me know that my appointment had to be cancelled due to malfunctioning equipment. I was pretty disappointed since I had rearranged my work schedule for the appointment. The girl that I spoke with (and Marcella) bent over backwards to reschedule my appointment ASAP for a time that would not conflict with work. I really appreciated that. The only thing that I have the tiniest complaint with is the pricing. There was some confusion as to what I owed and I feel like I may have paid the consultation fee twice. It seemed like there wasn’t much of a record-​keeping system. Nobody’s perfect though and it all worked out in the end. I highly recommend! :)

Be very careful. They are real nice to get you in the door. Dr Pi is a wonderful clinician but you better be very assertive or you get procedure suggestions and 1) better ask price cause unless you ask, you’ll get a surprise, 2) if you want a refund it will take months. They tell you «it’s being worked on «and a week later no call back. Then when you call back, your on hold 20 minutes. They mean to frustrate you. It’s a tactic to keep you off balance and hopefully you’ll forget. Took me months to get a refund cause I simply am not happy with the lack of professionalism at the front desk or with nurses attitudes but wow Dr Pi is phenomenal if you don’t mind getting tackled, battered and worn out getting to her. If I was the owner, I’d be looking at my staff real close. Something just isn’t right here

Horrible customer service. Showed up 10 mins early to complete new patient paperwork. I was brought back to take pictures on time. Then they took me into the exam room where I waited 1 hr for the doctor. No one even came to check on me. I had to find someone when I needed to use the restroom. If I could give this place zero stars I would.

Being from Los Angeles and being used doctors with huge egos, this place was definitely a relief. Came here when I developed a crazy rash that was infection or occlusion? You do have to wait, but what doctor’s office is ever on time? Dr. Pai is one of the most amazing doctors! She is very patient, never makes you feel rushed and makes sure all of your questions are answered. On top of that she is very knowledgable and honest! I am almost willing to fly to Tucson just to be treated by her if I ever needed anything!

After having a horrible peel experience and issues finding someone to inject glabellar botox, I decided to try Skin Spectrum. Since I had been burnt a few days prior, I definitely had cold feet. When I called and asked about the price, the receptionist was very knowledgeable and friendly. She explained that the glabellar (between the eyes) region includes injections for a brow lift — bonus!!! On the day of my appointment, I walked into a fabulously decorated office, complete with a large fridge full of bottled water, and a super-​plush waiting room. I think my husband was sorry he waited in the car! I didn’t have to wait more than 10 minutes and was escorted back by a super friendly MA. Not long thereafter, I was met by a PA named Jamie, who did a fabulous job. Oh, and they even use numbing cream prior — SCORE!!! And for the finale, FREE touchups one week later!!! That is if you even need it.

I felt so special at this place! I’m not some rich older lady, I’m a 30 year old professional that doesn’t scream rich and the girls here were so kind ;) Corey I think her name was, had unbelievable customer service. I was there with my mom who was getting a treatment and she gave me all kinds of advice and samples. I did end up getting a treatment. Which she was excellent with. I don’t live in Tucson, but next time I visit I definitely want to go back!
