Please cheat for the stats of every Pokemon, not just the Pokemon at the first of the party
I had to switch to be able to go to all parties, and every battle stat returned to normal. Please also cheat so that the stats are permanent and return to normal if the cheat is deactivated

First you need to beat the gym in Petalburg City to unlock the shop. With the shop unlocked, use cheat 820051B4 YYYY and exchange the YYYY for the item number you want, which can be found in the Item List.

The rom uses a customized system to scale the level of enemies with the player’s pokemon levels and acquired badges, which is why the modifier does not work, even if you change the value, the rom will use the custom system.

I didn’t find it in the rom, it only has Red (hex = 0386). Basculin (White-Striped Form) (hex = 0A07) is at the end of the “Pokemon Custom” list, but I couldn’t evolve it either.

First check the version of your game, these cheats work on versions V2.0 Beta 1 and V2.0 Beta 2.
When adding cheats in VBA-M, in “TYPE” select “Code Breaker Advance”.

I tested it on VisualBoyAdvance-M version 2.0.0 and 2.1.9 and it worked. Try updating the emulator to the latest version. If it doesn’t work, use the mGBA emulator, this is the most recommended as it has greater compatibility with new hack roms

Replace the YYYY with the pokemon’s number in Hex, rename the pokemon when you catch it. The page admin is adding (at a snail’s pace) the numbers already converted to Hex. For now he has only done the first generation. Here is the link to the post: https://pkmoncheats.com/pokedex-hexadecimal/
My recommendation is to use the Pokemon Shop Cheat, replace the YYYY with the pokemon’s hex number and buy it in the first pokemart slot.
