Recipe Tips:

  • Marinating the Pork – We recommend marinating the pork tenderloin for about 30 minutes. This gives the tenderloin so much flavor.
  • Hot Griddle – We recommend cooking the tenderloin on a hot griddle for best results. This allows the texture of the tenderloin to get crispy and the tenderloin to cook thorough.
  • Flip Tenderloin – Make sure to flip the tenderloin every 3 to 4 minutes. This ensures that the tenderloin cooks on all sides.
  • Overcooking Pork Tenderloin –It is never a good idea to overcook pork. It become tough and there really isn’t anything to help make it tender again. Make sure to watch your tenderloin closely and use a meat thermometer.
  • Let it Rest –Make sure to let your pork rest when you take it off the griddle. It gives time for the juices to really marinate into the pork. If you cut it to early all the juices will just run on your plate.
  • Bake – This pork tenderloin can be placed in the oven and baked. If you decide to bake, we recommend wrapping in foil for the best results.
